What does $4.99 include?
One head concept, one 3D head after concept approval, original GLB and fitted STL/3MF downloads. Adjusting size and pencil fit on that same head does not use another generation allowance. Extra concepts or 3D models require another allowance.
How should I choose a photo?
Use a clear, well-lit portrait with one person, all hair and ears visible, and no face covering. Crop around the complete head. You must have permission to use the photo and the person’s likeness.
Will it look exactly like the photo?
Likeness varies. Review the concept before starting 3D, then inspect the sculpt from every angle. Fine details in the concept may become textures rather than physical geometry.
My generation stopped or failed. What next?
Refresh to load your saved creation. Avoid starting another generation if the submission is uncertain. Contact support with the creation ID and we will review the task and your allowance.
Can I print the colour preview?
STL contains geometry only. Our 3MF print files contain the fitted shape and units, with no colour texture or printer profile. Colour previews help review the model; a single-material print will be one colour.
Will it fit any pencil?
Measure your pencil, including an eraser ferrule if relevant. For a round socket on a hexagonal pencil, measure corner to corner. Print the fit samples using the same PLA and profile as the head, then select the matching clearance.
Where are my files?
Your dashboard links to saved creations. Sign in to reopen a creation, inspect its 3D model and download prepared print files.
