The saved 3D head has 531,576 triangles. Pencil preparation kept 527,680, with changes focused on the underside and socket.

Socket depth: 12 mm

The largest of the original fit samples fitted our test hexagonal pencil. A photo and review of the final printed head will be added after testing.
